    I have removed all voting from the following IP address:

    This user voted 105 No answers within 10 minutes. Please don’t do this again, I don’t want to have to LOCK down the voting to only registered users. I also do not want to BLOCK that IP address from accessing inside84045.org.

    I think if there are proper guidelines set that someone can maintain some chickens on a small lot, the key is the rules & guidelines need to be in place or people will do it and make it look like a bad idea! :)
