Councilmember John Kimball
The City Council recently appointed Timothy Taylor as the Councilmember to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Councilman John Kimball. Tim lives in the Saratoga Springs development and previously served on the City Council from January of 2000 to the end of 2003.
Tim’s appointment will last until the end of Kimball’s term which ends at the end of 2005. So, this term will be a seat that will be open in the City’s general election in November, 2005.
