The Saratoga City Council last night during their policy meeting (2/10/2010) appointed Cecil Tuley to the City Council.
It was an interesting vote.

On 9/18/2009 the City Council of Saratoga Springs made a deal to purchase 10,000 acre feet of water for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) for $62 Million Dollars, from the Central Utah Water District (CUWD).
