Adam believes that our community has great potential. The reason Adam and his family decided to live in Saratoga Springs was the “small town” feel, but the access to all of the benefits of a much larger city. Adam would like to see the continued planned growth without losing the safety and community that we all currently enjoy. “The budget will be one of the biggest struggles, but with research and planning we can shift the tax revenue structure to a more balanced distribution and lesson the dependence on property tax and housing growth.”
