Master plan to ‘Awake Utah Lake’

To many Utah County residents, Utah Lake is just another landmark to pass while making the commute home, but the Utah Lake Master Plan could change all that.

The Utah Lake Commission and Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State lands will meet with local politicians and residents today to formally sign a comprehensive management plan designed to revive and restore Utah Lake. Plans call for a lake trail, weed removal and additional access points….
